Seeking mental health care can bring questions about where to begin, what treatment may be appropriate, and what care involves.
At Claritiv Health, we provide private, individualized care for adults in Jackson and throughout West Tennessee. You do not need to diagnose yourself or choose a treatment before reaching out.
Care begins with a psychiatric evaluation.
We learn about your symptoms, history, current medications, substance use, previous treatment experiences, and goals. We use that information to discuss which next steps may be clinically appropriate.
No. You do not need an existing diagnosis or need to select a service before scheduling.
Your psychiatric evaluation helps us understand what you are experiencing and which care options may make sense for you.
We discuss your symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, medications, substance use, previous care, treatment responses, side effects, and goals.
You do not need to prepare a perfect explanation. It may help to think about what has changed, how symptoms affect daily life, and what you have already tried.

Claritiv Health provides:
Every patient begins with an evaluation. Recommendations depend on your symptoms, history, previous care, goals, and clinical eligibility.
Medication Management involves reviewing how psychiatric medications fit into your care.
This may include discussing current prescriptions, medications you have tried, remaining symptoms, previous responses, side effects, and whether changes may be appropriate.
Do not stop or change a psychiatric medication without guidance from the clinician who prescribes it.
Talk Therapy provides a private place to discuss thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, experiences, symptoms, and goals.
Depending on your needs, care may draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or trauma-focused approaches.
IV Ketamine Infusion Therapy involves administering ketamine through an intravenous line in a clinical setting.
It may be considered for certain eligible adults after psychiatric and medical evaluation. A diagnosis alone does not determine eligibility.
No. Ketamine is FDA-approved as an anesthetic. Its use for psychiatric conditions is off-label.
Off-label use means an approved medication is being used for a condition or in a way that is not included in its FDA-approved labeling. Responses vary, and no outcome or timeline can be guaranteed.
The initial series consists of six infusions provided over approximately two to three weeks.
Patients remain conscious and able to communicate during treatment. The infusion generally lasts approximately 40 to 60 minutes, followed by a recovery period.
Follow-up or maintenance care is individualized.
Before treatment, patients should avoid eating for four hours, wear comfortable clothing, arrive approximately 15 minutes early, and arrange transportation home.
You should not drive, operate machinery, or make major decisions for 24 hours after an infusion. Follow any individualized instructions provided by your clinician.

SPRAVATO® contains esketamine and has specific FDA-approved indications and safety requirements. IV ketamine is a different treatment, and its psychiatric use is off-label.
SPRAVATO® is FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression in adults as monotherapy or in conjunction with an oral antidepressant.
It is also approved, in conjunction with an oral antidepressant, for depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder who have acute suicidal ideation or behavior.
SPRAVATO® has not been demonstrated to prevent suicide or reduce suicidal thoughts or behavior.
SPRAVATO® must be administered in a certified healthcare setting. Patients are monitored for at least two hours after each dose.
